Senior Inventory Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

The position of Senior Inventory is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s inventory records. Their responsibilities include conducting regular inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records, investigating any irregularities or abnormalities discovered during audits, and recommending corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Graduate of BS degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business related course

  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in the fields of audit or accounting

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel, in particular)

  • Knowledgeable in Inventory Management or Stock Count Process

  • Can work on large amount of data and can compose detailed reports

  • High attention to details and with excellent analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiar with ERP software (e.g. SAP Business One)

  • Can work with less supervision

  • With desire and willingness to travel nationwide, preferably with flexible schedule
